Florida
Were just back from our 3 week trip to Florida. Spent a week with my parent’s in Orlando, hit Disney World then spent a few weeks in Port St. Lucie with Jens parent’s. Kalden had a blast at Disney and once we got to Port St Lucie my road bike was waiting for us but Jens was lost! We were able to make the best of it though and we both got out for rides every day while there. I did a great 60 mile Thanksgiving day ride with the Treasure Coast Cycling club and then Jen got out after before the turkey was ready.
The day after Thanksgiving Jen and I left Kalden with Grandma and Grandpa and made the 5 hour drive down to Key West for the weekend. We had a great time there, ate some great seafood and enjoyed warm and sunny weather. Duval St was a great party as always and it was fun to just relax by the pool all day in 80 degree temps. Key West is what Florida should be like, very tropical and laid back. You don’t get that in many other parts of Florida.
Well, now we are back in Ridgway and gearing up for Christmas. The shop re-opens tomorrow at 9AM and after I wade through the phone messages and mail I’ll get some details up on a few Christmas promotions we plan to run. Stay tunes for further news tomorrow!
